Terms and Conditions
- We would entertain the Product return only after receiving mail from the customer.
- We do not accept any returns after 7 days of receiving the shipment.
- In the case of international orders, we do not currently accept any returns or exchanges of our products
- All products should be returned in original condition with Invoice & tags intact as attached in the dress. The presence of the original Invoice/tags is a must to accept returns.
- Any complaint with regard to damage or stains or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for a digital picture of the same in order to review it.
Refund on Returns
- Refunds will not be entertained for any purchase under any circumstances. Alternatively, a Gift Voucher will be issued in place of a refund. The Gift Voucher can be redeemed at all The Chennai Silks branches, except at the following stores: T. Nagar, Velachery, Chrompet, Tiruvallur, Hosur, and Coimbatore (CBE-3, Cross Cut Road).
- We will not refund the customs duties & taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at the time of receiving the goods.
- In case of orders with free shipping, the shipping cost of the resenting product would be deducted while sending the gift voucher / Alternative products.
